  • Man and van removals and collection services
  • Last-mile logistics and delivery support
  • Palletised freight transport
  • Vehicle delivery and trade plate moves

All services are provided within the United Kingdom. For services outside our standard operating area, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and pricing.

3. How to Place an Order

Services are arranged exclusively by direct contact — either by telephone (07868 178 558), email ([email protected]), or via the enquiry form on this website. No payment is taken through this website. A service is only confirmed once DS TOWING LTD has responded with a written or verbal acceptance of your enquiry.

4. Quotations and Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are indicative market rates and are provided for guidance only. A binding quotation will be issued following your enquiry, based on the specific requirements of the job (distance, load, access, timing, and any additional conditions).

All prices are quoted and invoiced in pounds sterling (GBP) and are subject to VAT where applicable.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is processed by invoice following the completion of the agreed service, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the job commences. Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 7 days from the invoice date).

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of quotation or invoicing. Late payment may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified to DS TOWING LTD as soon as possible, either by phone or email. The following cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • More than 24 hours before scheduled job: No charge.
  • Less than 24 hours before scheduled job: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed price may apply to cover mobilisation costs.
  • After job commencement: The full agreed price is payable.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client (you) agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information about the job, including collection/delivery addresses, vehicle details, load weight, and any access restrictions.
  • Ensure safe and legal access to collection and delivery points.
  • Not request transport of prohibited, illegal, or hazardous materials without prior written agreement and appropriate documentation.
  • Be available or have an authorised representative present at the time of collection and/or delivery.

8. Liability

DS TOWING LTD will take reasonable care of all goods and vehicles in our custody. In the event of loss or damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the lesser of: (a) the actual market value of the goods at the time of loss or damage; or (b) the value declared by the client prior to the job.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings or business interruption. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including severe weather, traffic incidents, or road closures.

DS TOWING LTD maintains appropriate commercial vehicle insurance and goods-in-transit cover. Clients are advised to maintain their own insurance for high-value items.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may seek independent resolution through the courts of England and Wales.

10. Refunds

Refunds may be issued at the discretion of DS TOWING LTD in cases where a service was not completed due to our error or negligence, or where a valid cancellation was made prior to job commencement in accordance with Section 6 above. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of agreement, via the original payment method or bank transfer as agreed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of DS TOWING LTD and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

DS TOWING LTD reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
